Two of those Africans, Antoney and Isabell, were the parents of the first African child born in English North America, William Tucker. Descendants of the Tucker's remain in the Hampton Roads area to this day! Explore the amazing collections of the Hampton History Museum in downtown Hampton, Virginia. Tour a recreated Kecoughtan Indian longhouse, and travel through the lives of Native and African Americans who formed and shaped America through Colonial Virginia to the Space Age.
